Back in April I introduced you to André Greppi, aka DRES13 he lives and works in Orlando, Florida. Currently an art director at an Orlando advertising agency, André also freelances as a graphic artist and illustrator and is emerging as one of Orlando’s more recognizable street artists. With influences ranging from comic book illustration to graffiti and typographic design, his visual style can range from purely illustrative to a graphic blend of type elements and hand drawn illustrations.
After taking a lot longer than he should have, DRES13 is finally releasing the 2nd edition of the 'Faith' print. The prints measure 18 x 24.There will only be a total of 25 hand embellished prints as part of this series. They go on sale Friday will sell for $35 at the Phantom Limbs online shop: http://phantomlimbs.goodsie.
Also if you are in the Orlando area October 12 he will have his first solo show. Spacebar is proud to host the first solo art exhibit for Dres13. Dres has built up a huge fan base in town and abroad with his multimedia and screen printed pieces. His piece in the BENCH SHOW at Spacebar earlier this year was much talked about and was the first piece to sell. Don't miss this chance to pick up a piece or two. He's moving soon and needs to make space so if you've had your eye on any of his previous works, now's the time to scoop them up!
