Palladia will feature Dave Matthews Band on an upcoming broadcast of this year’s Hangout Music Festival.
The DMB Hangout Music Festival performance will air Aug. 27 at 9 p.m. The broadcast will also include Hangout performances from Wilco, the Flaming Lips, Dispatch, Dawes, Alabama Shakes, Gary Clark, Jr., Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros and Coheed and Cambria.
DMB played a 17-song set at the Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama on May 20, but it’s safe to say the Palladia broadcast will show just a couple of songs at most.
The Hangout broadcast is part of Palladia’s annual Outdoor Week, which features live outdoor music performances each night for the week leading up to Labor Day. Other shows during the week will highlight England’s Isle of Wight festival, which Pearl Jam and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers headlined this year, and Scotland’s Rockness 2012, featuring Mumford and Sons.
